Erin Harper is a licensed psychologist, mental health expert, educator, and researcher with over 18 years of experience delivering culturally responsive psychoeducational services and equity-centered training to professionals, youth, and families in school and community settings. She is a Senior Research Scientist at the Center for Depression Research and Clinical Care (CDRC) at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Prior to her work at UT Southwestern, she held academic appointments at Miami University of Ohio and Texas A&M University-Commerce.

Dr. Harper contributes to several organizations and publications. She serves as an associate editor of School Psychology International and is a member of the Journal of Educational and Psychological Consultation editorial board. Additionally, Dr. Harper is a National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) Multicultural Affairs Committee Co-Chair (African Diaspora subcommittee) and serves on the FearLess Dallas Board of Directors.
